# ChordBeat Practice

> ChordBeat Practice is a browser-based piano practice app that turns chord symbols into music. It connects to a MIDI keyboard and trains chord progressions, voicings, inversions, jazz shell voicings, scales and rhythm with real-time feedback.

## What it does
- Start with Chords: a guided path from your first triad to full pop progressions.
- Chord Puzzle: chord recognition, functional (Roman numeral) mode, inversions and a ii–V–I jazz voicings course.
- Scale Practice: scale runs, licks and playing scales over real chord progressions.
- Custom Sequences: paste chord symbols, hear them with a band, and practice them.
- Tools: chord finder, scale finder, circle of fifths and key explorer.
